Before a change starts, we discuss the reason, cost and effect on the schedule. Agreed changes are recorded in the project history.
How long will the renovation take?
The schedule depends on the scope, necessary intervals between tasks and material deliveries. It is prepared after the site assessment.
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
Bring the city, area, current condition, desired work and preferred start date. Include your budget if you have one. The project brief tool helps you collect these details.

The calculator uses your assumptions and does not create a quote. A final price requires a site assessment and agreement on the work, materials and other costs.
Are furniture and appliances included?
That depends on the agreed scope. Furniture, appliances, design and delivery should be listed separately. Do not assume they are automatically included in the total.
Does the online form send my message?
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are saved on the server and appear in the admin panel. The project brief tool prepares text on your device only.
