Enquiry and project brief

The name, city, contact details, area and message submitted through the contact form are stored on the website server. An authenticated administrator can access them to respond to you. The project brief tool prepares text in your browser without sending it to the server. To request deletion, use the contact form and include your enquiry reference.

Calculators and checklists

The budget calculator, change simulation and checklist work in the current page session. Reloading the page resets them.

Your chosen direction

Your selected priority and renovation direction are temporarily stored in the current browser tab so your choice follows you between pages. Your selection does not automatically submit an enquiry. Personal brief fields are not stored here; closing the tab clears these temporary choices.

Administrator authentication

The admin area uses a protected session cookie. A one-time code expires after 10 minutes, and an authenticated session after 8 hours. Visitors do not receive an authentication cookie.

Downloads

The download button creates a text file on your device. It contains the information you entered. You decide whether to share it afterwards.

External resources

The Georgian font loads from Google Fonts and the homepage inspiration photo from Unsplash. The site does not use additional analytics or advertising scripts.

Project photos

Project photos should be published with permission. Public images should not reveal personal details, exact addresses or documents caught in the frame.
